Courtyard Lofts

The Courtyard Lofts, located in Long Beach, is a development of just 16 lofts made up of two commercial buildings. Where there was once a parking lot, we created a communal garden courtyard in the middle of the complex.

This project was completed in 2005 and was the recipient of the 2009 AIA National Housing Award. Features include ultramodern downstairs fireplaces, state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, bright wall-sized windows, private upstairs master bedroom lofts with balconies, and concrete slab with blond bamboo floors.
