With over 25 years of experience in architecture, construction, and development, Nik is an innovative entrepreneur. He provides corporate leadership, global design experience, and expertise in mixed use retail, educational, commercial, custom residential, and institutional developments.

W. Gary Lamb, AIA, NCARB
Managing Partner, Founder
Gary is a licensed architect with 30 years of experience across the built environment. Raised on a farm but trained in the city, Gary has a practical and technical approach to design while incorporating a modern sensibility. He brings extensive experience in adaptive reuse with a historic resource element.
