This in-progress project consists of demolition of an existing structure located in a prime location right across the street from the renowned Santana Row of San Jose.

The proposed structure is a high-end luxurious midrise that reflects the history of the surrounding area yet exemplifies the iconic nature of San Jose as a whole.
